To strengthen their employer branding, ALDI asked us to create a video that celebrates the diversity and dedication of their colleagues. The goal was to give future employees a genuine look at who works behind the scenes — and what makes ALDI a unique place to work.

Using archival footage from past productions, we crafted a dynamic and authentic edit that highlights real ALDI team members across different roles and locations. The result is a warm, human-centered video that feels honest and relatable — perfectly suited for ALDI’s LinkedIn presence and job page.
