Homate 2.0 – Two kinds of comfort, two kinds of stories
About
In early July, Homate approached us for the launch of Homate 2.0. With their rebrand, they wanted to position their renewed concept strongly in the market. To achieve that, they needed a campaign video that would tell their story clearly and attractively.
We chose a creative approach based on relatable situations. Each campaign video opens with the trust and ease of existing customers, shown in a state of calm and comfort. In contrast, we show people who aren’t yet customers — struggling with discomfort or inconvenience. That simple but powerful difference became the red thread throughout the campaign.
With this approach, we translated a technical and complex story into relatable, human situations that immediately resonate. No dry explanation of specifications, but visuals that appeal to emotion and comfort. By maintaining a consistent style and tone of voice, the individual videos come together as one cohesive campaign that communicates with clarity and impact.
A strong idea, developed into a campaign that’s instantly understood and hits home.

The Goal
The goal of the campaign was to immediately position Homate 2.0 strongly with their target audience. Homate wanted to show that their renewed concept isn’t just about technical installations like solar panels, heat pumps, or air conditioning — it’s about the comfort and peace of mind their customers experience. The videos needed to tell this story clearly and engagingly, in a way that feels relatable to everyone, without focusing on technical details.
The result
The campaign videos succeeded in translating a complex and technical story into simple, human situations that immediately show the difference between being a Homate customer — or not. The contrast between the before-and-after situations created powerful, relatable visuals that convey the message at a glance. Thanks to a consistent tone of voice and visual style, the result was a cohesive campaign that not only stands out but also communicates convincingly to the target audience.
