Our story

Crowdproductions is a production house based in Brussels and Ghent. Behind the name are two makers, each with their own background.

Wim Van de Genachte comes from photography and directing, with years of campaign, fashion and portrait work behind him. Steije Hillewaert is a cinematographer and post-producer: he makes sure every image is right, from the first take to the final colour grade.

That combination is our strength. Directing, camera, photography and editing sit in the same team, so nothing gets lost between idea and final result. And because we often shoot video and photo during the same production, you get content that belongs together, for every channel.

That is how we work for brands such as ALDI, Samsonite, Studio 100, VTM and Too Good To Go, and for agencies that rely on us as their production partner.
