ALDI wanted to give employees’ families an inside look at how their warehouse operates — in a way that felt fun, informative, and far from a typical corporate tour.

We developed a creative concept featuring an actor as the guide, bringing humor and energy to a dynamic walkthrough of the warehouse. Along the way, key processes and fun facts were highlighted to keep the experience engaging for all ages.

Our team managed the full production from start to finish: scriptwriting, casting, directing, filming, and editing. The final video strikes a balance between clarity and entertainment, aligning with ALDI’s internal communication goals while keeping things visually compelling.

The Goal

The aim of the video was to give visitors — especially the families of ALDI employees — a clear and engaging look at how the warehouse in Gembloux operates. Instead of a traditional explanation, the focus was on making the logistics story accessible, lighthearted, and fun for all ages. By using an actor as a guide, the goal was to humanize the space, spark curiosity, and help families better understand the important work happening behind the scenes.

The result

The final video struck the perfect balance between informative and entertaining. With a charismatic actor leading the tour, we transformed a functional warehouse walkthrough into a lively and relatable story. Families got a clear and engaging insight into ALDI’s logistics operations, presented in a way that was both easy to follow and fun to watch. The video was well-received during the Family Day event and successfully brought the behind-the-scenes world of ALDI Gembloux to life.
