For Verisure, we started from five real conversations between operators and customers.
Those conversations became the basis of a TV and radio campaign. The premise was simple: people don't worry all day long. But at certain times, yes. When they're away for a while. When the kids aren't home yet. When they take a night to themselves. That's exactly when you want to know that someone is ready.

The Goal
Focus on short, daily absences instead of the classic vacation period. The campaign was supposed to make Verisure more human and appeal to a diverse audience by showing real situations.
The result
Five real conversations converted into TV and radio spots for BE-NL and BE-FR. Multiple personas, multiple living situations, one consistent message: there is always someone who responds.
